FAQ

I want to make a video, now what?

Go to our “Get in Touch” page and send us your idea, brief, or question. We’ll help you define the right format, scope, planning, and next step.

What type of support do you offer foreign production companies?

We provide support to foreign production companies by offering a range of services such as crew hiring, equipment rental, location scouting and casting assistance for actors and extras. Whether you need help with assembling a talented crew, securing the necessary permits, or managing the logistical aspects of your production, we are here to assist you every step of the way.

What customisations do you offer for live events?

Our lives can be fully tailored to match your company and event branding guidelines. We can incorporate your logos and existing graphic contents, as well as create custom titles and transitions. Furthermore, we can also include polls and Q&A!

What is your file delivery process?

Rushes are accessible for download via our Google Drive. However, we are flexible and can accommodate the use of your preferred file transfer system. If necessary, we can also arrange for shipping a hard drive to ensure secure delivery of the files.

Can you stream in several languages?

Yes, we can send out multiple streams in different languages, each version with its own translator(s), whether they’re on site or connected remotely.

What equipment can you supply?

We offer a wide range of cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, sound gear, and grip equipment. We work with various video formats, including HD, 2K, 4K, PAL, NTSC, AVCHD, XDCAM, XAVC, ProRes, and RAW. Some of the cameras in our arsenal include the Sony FX9, FS7, FS5, Venice, Arri Alexa (MINI), Amira, Red Dragon, and BlackMagic. For aerial shots, we primarily utilize the DJI Mavic Pro and DJI Inspire 2 with the Zen Muse X7 camera.

How much does it cost to make a video?

The cost depends on the scope: concept development, crew size, filming time, editing, animation, subtitles, number of deliverables, and usage formats. A compact project can stay simple. A broader campaign may need more planning and post-production.

On which platforms can you broadcast my live video?

Our technicians are able to stream on any platform and even multiple platforms at the same time! We usually do YouTube, Linkedin, and Zoom, but we have worked with many more.

What type of technicians do you work with?

We collaborate with a diverse team of skilled technicians. Our network includes directors, DOPs, cameramen, camera assistants, sound operators, gaffers/electricians, drone operators, grips, makeup artists, costume designers, props managers and more. With their expertise and dedication, we ensure the highest quality standards in every aspect of your video project. We work with them regularly and can confidently vouch for their expertise and professionalism.

What’s the difference between virtual, hybrid and in-person lives?

A virtual live event features only remote speakers and a remote audience. In-person means all the speakers are at the same venue, on the same stage, with the audience or not. Hybrid is a mix, usually we have a group of speakers on stage and a few people joining remotely.

Can you record an entire conference?

Yes! We are able to record a full conference, with wide-shot of the stage and close-up on speakers to create a dynamic edit! We will also add intro and outro, as well as lower-thrid and logos to craft a compelling video.

Can you create videos for our social media?

Definitely! We can create videos that are perfectly suited for social media platforms. Our team specializes in crafting engaging and shareable content that drives audience engagement on various social media channels. We ensure that all our videos are mobile-friendly by producing them in square or 9/16 aspect ratios.

What types of video can you produce after an event?

We can produce a variety of engaging and impactful videos. This includes aftermovies that capture the highlights and atmosphere, interviews with attendees or speakers to share insights and testimonials, and social media coverage that provide a comprehensive overview of the key moments and takeaways. Our goal is to create compelling videos that showcase the event’s success and leave a lasting impression.

Why should I produce a video following my event?

Producing a video following your event offers several benefits. It allows you to capture and relive the highlights, showcasing the energy and atmosphere for those who attended and those who missed out. Additionally, a post-event video can serve as a powerful marketing tool, helping to generate buzz and promote your brand or organization effectively.

Can you work with our teams?

Yes. We often work with marketing, HR, internal communication, sales, agency and event teams. We can adapt to existing brand guidelines, approval rounds, internal stakeholders and deadlines.

Do you work outside Brussels?

Yes. We are based in Brussels and work across Belgium. We can also support international projects when the planning, crew setup and logistics make sense.

Do you help with concept and script?

Yes! We can help shape the message, script, interview questions, visual structure and edit flow. We can also work from an existing brief if the concept is already defined.

How much support do you provide during video production?

That depends on the project. We can support the full process from concept to delivery, or step in for technical production only.

What if we do not know what video format we need yet?

That is normal. You do not need to know the format before contacting us. Start with the goal, audience and where the video will be used. We will help define the right format, scope and production approach.

What type of video production do I need?

Start with the job the video needs to do. If it needs to explain, you may need a company video, product video, service video or explainer. If it needs to build trust, a testimonial or customer story may work better. If it needs to align people internally, an internal communication or training video may be the right fit.

Do you offer animation and motion graphics?

Yes. We create animation and motion graphics when they help explain information, support a message or make a video easier to understand. This can include animated explainers, icons, titles, infographics and supporting visual elements.

What level of personalisation do you offer to match our company’s branding?

We adapt videos to your brand guidelines, including colours, logos, typography, existing graphic elements, tone of voice and delivery formats. The goal is to make the final video feel consistent with your brand, not like a generic production.

Can you help me with writing a script?

Yes. We can help turn your message into a clear script, interview structure or voice-over text. We focus on making the content understandable, relevant to the audience and practical to produce.

Can I subtitle my video?

Yes. We offer subtitles and can support multilingual versions in English, French, and Dutch/Flemish. Other languages are of course also possible.
